The beach and the sea are only 450m away with easy access through an underground passage for safety. The dunes are even closer at 150m. In the center of Koksijde-Bad, Oostduinkerke-Bad, and Sint-Idesbald, most shops are open on Sundays. Plopsaland is 8.5 km away. The coastal tram is 100m away.
Accessibility with the car :
- E40 - Direction Veurne (Furnes)
- Exit 1a: Veurne (Furnes)
- Go straight until you reach the roundabout before the Royal Chaussée.
- Go back to the roundabout. Take the first alley on your right, between the hedges.
- You have arrived at your destination: Koninklijke Prinslaan 41 - 8670 Koksijde.

- In case of cancellation up to 3 months before the start of your stay, you can cancel free of charge. In case of cancellation less than 3 months before the start of your stay, the cancellation fee is 50% of the price of the stay.
